Preschooler - Clinical Exam

• Review medical history with parent

• Parents are invited into the room for cleaning and treatment

• Look for irregularities on the tongue and soft tissue

• Enamel defects such as decalcifications, discolorations, and hypolasia

• Make sure the child has all the appropriate teeth for their age

• Xrays will be taken on an as needed basis, depending on their age and clinical findings during the exam
